Matcha powder (We suggest a ceremonial grade matcha powder for this matcha dessert drink!)

½ oz vodka
½ oz heavy cream
½ oz simple syrup

Cupcake Base
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
Green Icing
1 cup coconut cream
1 tsp agave, or coconut nectar
1 tbsp matcha powder (This is a matcha dessert, after all!)
Raw Chocolate Ganache Cream
1/4 cup of coconut nectar or agave nectar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
